Plastic Coated Countersunk Magnets

For applications requiring high-friction grip and surface protection, BMAG offers Plastic Coated Countersunk Magnets. Plastic-coated can prevent magnets from rusting in harsh environments.

The internal neodymium core is machined to a 0.02mm tolerance to ensure the magnetic center is perfectly aligned with the countersunk hole for secure mounting.

These magnets are excellent for outdoor use and are available in grades up to N55. BMAG can customize the coating thickness and the base magnet’s shape to your specifications.

To ensure the coating provides the right balance of protection and power, BMAG can help customers test the magnetic field and tensile force, verifying that the high BHmax of the core is effectively utilized through the protective jacket.
