Our Neodymium Disc Magnet SH is a thin, high-energy component for sensors and electronic triggers exposed to 150℃ / 302°F. The SH material ensures a powerful magnetic response in a compact form factor. We maintain a 0.02mm tolerance on diameter and thickness.
BMAG provides customized coatings and assists in testing the magnetic flux, ensuring these discs provide the consistent sensitivity and power required for consumer and industrial sensor applications where heat resistance is a key design criterion.
Available with customizable plating materials. Standard finishes are nickel-plated unless otherwise specified.
