For applications requiring high surface contact and massive pull force, the BMAG Self-adhesive Block Magnet is the ideal choice. The rectangular surface area provides a large footprint for the adhesive, resulting in superior shear resistance compared to round magnets.
We maintain a 0.02mm tolerance on the block’s length, width, and height, ensuring that multiple blocks can be aligned perfectly in a row for long tracks or heavy-duty industrial latches.
These block magnets are available in grades from N28 to N55, allowing for extreme customization of magnetic strength. BMAG can provide these blocks with adhesive on either the North or South pole, or even on the side faces.
