Magnet Introduction
The BMAG Neodymium Arc Magnet UH is optimized for high-efficiency electric vehicle motors and industrial rotors operating at 180℃ / 356°F. The UH grade provides the high coercive force needed to resist demagnetization during peak power output. We maintain a 0.02mm tolerance on the arc’s curvature to minimize the air gap.
BMAG can help customers test the magnetic flux and magnetic field distribution, ensuring these UH arcs provide an intense and uniform field, which is critical for maximizing torque density in high-heat motor environments.
Available with customizable plating materials. Standard finishes are nickel-plated unless otherwise specified.
