BMAG Neodymium Adhesive Backed Magnets offer a low-profile magnetic solution for sleek product designs. These magnets are designed to sit flush within a recess or directly on a surface, with the adhesive providing a permanent, hidden attachment point.
By utilizing our 0.02mm precision grinding, we ensure that the adhesive-backed magnets have a consistent thickness, which is vital for high-precision electronics and sensitive instrumentation where “stack-up” tolerances are critical.
We provide a wide range of coatings (like Ni-Cu-Ni or Zinc) beneath the adhesive to ensure the neodymium substrate is protected from corrosion. Available in grades up to N55, these magnets deliver a powerful Br in a thin package.
