Leveraging the incredible strength of Neodymium-Iron-Boron chemistry, BMAG NdFeB Arc Magnets offer the highest magnetic strength commercially available today.These magnets are sintered anisotropic materials, meaning they have a preferred direction of magnetization locked in during the manufacturing process.This results in an exceptionally strong magnetic flux relative to their physical volume, making them indispensable for compact, high-tech designs.
These arcs are composed of a crystalline structure that provides superior Remanence (sourceBrsource). However, because NdFeB is susceptible to corrosion, BMAG arc magnets come standard with advanced multi-layer surface treatments. We utilize strict process controls to manage the dysprosium (Dy) and terbium (Tb) content, which enhances the magnet’s resistance to thermal demagnetization without excessively driving up costs. This balance of chemistry makes them the standard solution for demanding traction motors and precision actuators.
