Magnet Introduction
The BMAG Neodymium Arc Magnet H is optimized for motors and rotors operating in environments reaching 120℃ / 248°F. The H grade provides high energy density and improved resistance to demagnetization under load.
We maintain a 0.02mm tolerance on the arc’s geometry to ensure mechanical perfection. BMAG can help customers test the magnetic flux and magnetic field distribution, ensuring these H arcs provide a powerful and uniform field, which is critical for maintaining efficiency in consumer electronics and small appliance motors.
Available with customizable plating materials. Standard finishes are nickel-plated unless otherwise specified.
