These magnets eliminate the need for field windings and slip rings, reducing maintenance requirements and eliminating excitation losses (copper loss) in the rotor. This results in a cooler-running motor with higher overall system efficiency.

We prioritize the temperature coefficient of remanence (Brsource) and coercivity (sourceHcjsource) in these magnets. This ensures that as the motor heats up during operation, the drop in magnetic output is minimal and predictable, allowing for stable control logic. The magnets undergo rigorous specialized testing, including HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Test), to guarantee coating integrity and substrate durability.They are the ideal choice for synchronous motors, stepper motors, and high-efficiency coreless motors where reliability is non-negotiable.
