Les segments d'arc BMAG et les aimants Neodymium offrent une solution modulaire pour la construction d'anneaux magn\u00e9tiques de grand diam\u00e8tre et d'assemblages complexes. L'utilisation de segments individuels plut\u00f4t que d'un anneau monolithique permet aux ing\u00e9nieurs d'obtenir des moteurs de diam\u00e8tre bien sup\u00e9rieur et de simplifier le processus d'assemblage. Ces segments sont magn\u00e9tis\u00e9s pour fonctionner comme un ensemble coh\u00e9rent, permettant ainsi la cr\u00e9ation de puissants champs magn\u00e9tiques radiaux sans les contraintes de fabrication et la fragilit\u00e9 associ\u00e9es aux aimants monoblocs de grande taille.<\/p>\n

Chaque segment est d\u00e9coup\u00e9 avec pr\u00e9cision pour former un cercle parfait une fois assembl\u00e9, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'utilisation d'un mat\u00e9riau Neodymium (NdFeB) de haute qualit\u00e9. Cette approche modulaire permet la mise en \u0153uvre de r\u00e9seaux de Halbach, o\u00f9 l'orientation magn\u00e9tique de chaque segment est modifi\u00e9e afin de concentrer le champ d'un c\u00f4t\u00e9 tout en l'annulant de l'autre. Ceci am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement le rendement des moteurs CC sans balais et des accouplements magn\u00e9tiques.
