Magnet Introduction
Our Countersunk Magnet EH provides an incredibly secure, screw-mounted solution for fixtures exposed to 200℃ / 392°F heat. The EH-grade material ensures that the magnet retains its powerful pull, even in intense thermal environments.
BMAG ensures a 0.02mm precision tolerance on the countersink, allowing fasteners to sit perfectly flush. We assist customers in testing the tensile force and magnetic flux, verifying that the EH material provides the permanent and reliable hold required for industrial ovens and automotive engine compartment hardware.
Available with customizable plating materials. Standard finishes are nickel-plated unless otherwise specified.
