Magnet Introduction
The BMAG 3M Adhesive Magnet combines precision magnetism with the world-renowned bonding power of 3M™ technology. These magnets are ideal for demanding applications where thermal cycling or moisture exposure might cause inferior adhesives to fail.
By ensuring a 0.02mm tolerance on the magnet face, BMAG provides the flat surface required for 3M’s VHB™ or adhesive transfer tapes to achieve their maximum rated strength.
We offer full customization of the magnet’s grade (up to N55) and magnetization direction to suit your specific assembly. BMAG can also provide magnets with “dimpled” or “tabbed” adhesive liners for easier high-speed manual assembly.
To support your QA requirements, BMAG can help customers test the magnetic field and tensile force, ensuring that the high BHmax of the magnet is safely managed by the 3M adhesive layer.
